Ok one more time for those in the back row: SOFT shelled crabs. As in the shell is SOFT enough to be eaten and digested. They are crabs that recently molted their hard shells and the chitin is soft enough to eat. Very high in Omega 3 fatty acids so they’re good for you (maybe not deep fried however).

I only wish you provide us with a bit of information about the sort of ingredients, just a simple short text saying "pork", "beef", "cabbage", "salt", "pepper" etc. I mean, i can recognize a lot of stuff you show in your videos but there are a lot of ingredients I cannot guess.
