I think I would have added a slice of Swiss cheese and some mushrooms and put it underneath the broiler for a few minutes. Anyways looks damn good! 👍

Think he was going for authentic or certain style,and they are particularly choosey on the matter of cheese. I love cheese but the meat should taste so good to add cheese would be counterproductive or miss all the flavor or the meat.
