VIDEO DESCRIPTION:
In this video, I present to you some of the most interesting and hidden lines in the Lolli Attack, which I believe is a better alternative to the Fried Liver Attack. The Lolli Attack is one of the oldest openings in chess that arises from the Two Knights defense. White develops the bishop to the c4 square where it controls the center and targets f7. This opening is very easy to study and one of the best choices for beginners. I have also included some beautiful traps through out the video to warm you up. I think that trying out these wonderful tricks and crazy lines will give you a lot more confidence to face any opponent, from beginner to advanced.

The Lolli Attack certainly does seem superior to the Fried Liver Attack. The opponent is much less likely to be familiar with it.

I'm a fan of this one for sure. I've been a bit leery of the regular Fried Liver (perhaps unnecessarily) ever since reading Reinfeld as a kid; he figured that Black should be able to hold onto the extra piece and win. (That said, I'd never play the Black side of that variation; as Black I usually play 3. Bc5 and avoid the Two Knights entirely). But the Lolli is another story. Thanks for this video. Now we just need to know what to do if we're trying to play for the Lolli (or the regular Fried Liver, for that matter) and Black plays the Traxler instead...

13,46 what about if black instead of h6 plays Nd5? After Ne4 black can play f5. If Ng3 ,Nf4 and it seems that black is better, or not? What is your opinion? Thanks

Thanks for your question. I answered that indirectly at 14:29. The position may transpose. Nevertheless, the simplest is just to castle short. f5 is not possible in most lines due to Qh5+.
