👍 The Mammoth Tusk 110 was gorgeous and looked great with the back brass trimmed down. The 110 with antler inlays looked tremendous as well, the last bit of the gouge in end brass I believe retained good character.

I usually rock the goatee but for last few years i grow out a beard for winter to keep my face warm outside but now that it is getting warmer i will bust out the goatee. Excellent work as always.

When my dad died I sold 3 inside lifts & one outdoor lift from his transmission shop. Got screwed in the deal but from the time I reached out the came & took them less than 4 hours to take them down, load em up, leave me cash, and be gone. Glad you got a needed tool. peace

One of those knives jumped up and bit you on the face? That mammoth tusk is indeed beautiful, but the high gloss finish makes it look like plastic. It looks so much better after the surface has been sanded down a bit. Loved the filework on Buck 2 though.

First off about the Goatee, I had a full beard my entire life.. And one day out of the blue for no reason shaved it off leaving a Goatee. I didn't expect any reaction but boy was I wrong!! People I've known my entire life (I'm 65yrs old btw) all commented that they thought it looks so much better. I've had the Goatee a couple years now and I have to say it's kinda grown on me.... Now as far as the Mammoth Tusk incorporated into the Buck, I think it looks SPECTACULAR!!! And I agree that the removal of the rear bolsters adds to that beauty; but I fear the removal of the bolsters will diminish the toughness and sturdiness of the knife.... In my mind I can see the knife being dropped on a solid floor and the new scales just shattering, after all they are fossils and I imagine them to being 'brittle'. But hey what do I know.... But they sure do looked very beautiful and that's what the client wanted.... So all in all I say JOB WELL DONE!!!
