INGREDIENTS
1 lb Rigatoni pasta
1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb mild Italian sausage
2 small carrots
1 celery stick
1/2 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried Italian herb blend
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
24 to 32 oz jar of marinara sauce
15 oz container of Ricotta cheese
12 oz low-moisture mozzarella cheese
salt and season to taste
9 x 13-inch baking dish

I've never added ricotta , can't wait to try this! And for the viewers that were rude to Angelica saying " stop talking about being hacked!!" . Why don't you take your attitude elsewhere!!! I think I saw you Rao’s sauce. I like that but I then tried Terlato Kitchen hand crafted pomodoro. It’s the same price point of Raos at around 9.99 or so. OMG! Husband thought I’d made it homemade. I added a few blanched Campari tomatoes and some fresh basil to it. You cannot go wrong with it… only reason I mentioned it because I saw Raos. If you ever get to eat at Raos in NYC or Vegas - it’s a MUST!! Cheers and thanks for sharing!

Not being from worod fanous Brooklyn NYC like i grew up in the BEST! I got to say (Yes i have a "Strwang" NYC Accnet) you did a great job on this. Want to give it another level? The Chopped Meat Sautéed with a Ted Wine (Bolongnese Style) you will not go wrong. Any tips my Carbonara Recipe is "Mint" truet me many more.

My husband wanted me to do a cooking video thing. But people are just plan rude. I tell my daughter's when people are mean it is because someone is being mean to them. And being mean is the only way they know how to deal. When I was in school I just laugh right along with them ya your right my nose is big. Lol who cares you can't hurt me if I don't get hurt right. I am sorry about the hack. I don't have or know how Facebook functions. If it were possible and available to me, I would bombard, if possible, simplycooks into shame, public mocking, and constant bombardment of spam, negative messaging etc. I would, again if possible, I would commit my time to making their online presence EXTREMELY uncomfortable.
