Hey guys great vids, just wondering what your longer term thoughts on the sumos and supersprings? I have a 159 2500 non extended and pretty close to capacity loaded 8700lbs, wondering if the helper springs are needed along with sumos and idk if I need yellow or black if I do the helper springs. Just wanted to hear your thoughts.

Nice. I’ll be adding these to my built 3500 thanks to your vid. I started with the Sumo springs all around and noticed a huge difference in ride performance quality; much less sway and much less bounce. Do you guys have an update on ride performance with these supersprings leaf helpers since this install? Thanks for the well made vid.

Yo! You’re going to LOVE them! We just installed the sumo springs on top of the helper springs and it is AWESOME! Super happy with them all around. We gained another 3/4 to 1 inch worth of lift on top of the 1 5/8” we got with just the Super Springs and the ride is super smooth. If you’re installing them get ready for a boss suspension system! We’re psyched we went with the full upgrade! We should have a video out soon with the full system and performance. So psyched you enjoyed the video! Let us know how everything works out for you.

What if I ordered the premium suspension option when I ordered my van through the dealership? Do these still fit on them?

Is it over kill to add a summospring with it which the yellow color? Do you know what torque is the shocks when you tighten it back?

No, I don’t think it’s over kill at all! We have the blue Sumo Springs waiting for us in our mailbox! I’m not sure which color would be best for you, but, the blue’s are the ones Super Springs threw our way. As for the torque. I just cranked them on. We didn’t have a specific torque number for them.
