I remember when I first heard Dan talk about his own battle with depression how impressed I was with his positive and supportive attitude. He continuously encourages others to find their own unique strengths in the way only someone with true empathy can. So much more to Dan than 'the voice'. Loved your reaction to this! Emulated my own feelings when I first heard it. Surprising how something so soft and gentle can be so powerful and uplifting. Amazing partnership. Your admiration for Dan is not misplaced. He is without a doubt the most talented male singer in the music world. At 82, I have heard a lot of singers over the years. Each great within their own right, but none except Luciano Pavoratti has the power in their vocal that Dan has. On the female side, there is no doubt that Amira and Lucy Thomas are the best.
