面白かった。鋼の入れるところや柄の部分、ニコイチで作り始めるとこなんかは特徴があって仕上がりは物凄く切れそうになってて。。刃がカーブしてるのは調理人によるものだったんですね、その方が使い勝手良くするために。両職人さんもいい顔されてました。😊
