@@GaryzillaOutdoors I say give it a shot! It can be an amazing place for numbers, and if you get lucky you might catch a big one. If you go right now, fish in 30-50 feet. Those fish have been down deep for a week or two.

I really enjoy winter bass fishing on shasta lake.Mostly tubes and six inch worm.also drop shot rig works well for quality fish.Pit and squaw creek are my favorite locations.Fun stuff!

Good quality spots. Healthy looking fish. Congrats 🎉. Have you ever tried fishing lake Britton in burney. They got alot of good quality smallies as well as largies also. With some occassional spots also. Very rare in that lake but they are in there. Also alot of crappie.

All I remember is catching a few fish and blowing a hole in our raft, coming back to the dock soaked hahah. Many have told me about the smallies in there, so I’ll have to check it out one of these days 🎣
