Amazingly easy omelet, cook this dish! Incredibly delicious!!!
1. 1 blue onion.
2. 5 eggs.
3. Salt to taste.
4. Ground pepper to taste.
5. 200 gr sour cream.
6. 70 ml. milk.
7. 1 tablespoon butter for frying the onion.
8. 2 sprigs of green onions.
9. 100 gr. cheddar cheese.
10. Vegetable oil for greasing the pan.
11. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes under supervision so that the omelet does not burn.
The omelet is tender, light, sweetish in taste.
The dish is VERY delicious. Cook for yourself and the whole family.
