Easy and delicious to cook zucchini. And how beautiful!
1. 500 gr. fresh zucchini.
2. 1/3 teaspoon salt.
3. 1/3 teaspoon ground pepper.
Squeeze juice from zucchini.
4. 2 eggs.
5. 1 clove of garlic (optional).
6. 50-70 gr. sift flour.
7. Oliya for frying.
8. Fill in the form and fry in a pan for 5 minutes on each side.
Zucchini tender, juicy, with a pleasant taste.

Why do you peel the zucchini? Makes no sense to me, there is a lot of nutrition in the skin.

Hello. There are many "as is" recipes on KZbin, but not with such an original idea. I like the ruddy color and fully cooked hearts (zucchini can be eaten raw). Thanks for the comment.@@sheilahendee3489
