Perhaps, but I think this is way more trio sounding, heavier, darker, and the production is better. Those blink albums were heavily produced and Skiba's voice didn't sound the same, too much production. In my opinion (only an opinion from a long trim trio fan who admittedly never cared for Blink) this is way better than the blink stuff. This is an (not the best but among the best) all time great songs from them. Instant classic - chill inducing.

I searched for "Alkaline Trio reaction," and this was one of the first things to pop up.. This is the first time ive seen you and i instantly subscribed. You seen to have such a genuine connection to the music, and i love that! Alkaline Trio has been a big favorite of mine for a long time too, so that also helps. @@turtlesmusicthoughts hell yeah, he's got such a great voice. He can push it and get that awesome grit when he wants to, kind of like in the song Warbrain, but then he's got this chill, velvet-smooth clean vocals. You should check out his other bands, dude. There's a song called Luciferian Blues by his band Matt Skiba and The Sekrets, I think you'd dig it.
