Hi Augustas. Your videos are very informative. I want to ask, what is the maximum file size and the maximum dimensions allowed by Amazon for the big banner images for EBC? The help section says the minimum allowed dimensions are 970x600 pixels but they have not mentioned the maximum dimensions and file size on Amazon articles. I have read somewhere else that 970x1300 is the maximum dimensions. Please help!!!

Hi Umer - This is what info I have so far: Supported image file types include: .jpg, .bmp, and .png in the RGB colorspace. CYMK colorspace is not supported. Individual files must remain under 2 MB. Resolution should be at least 72 dpi. The use of animated images (for example, .GIF) is prohibited. ON THE STOREFRONT - Amazon says the following that hero images can be MIN 3,000 × 600 px and MAX 5 MB. SO I'm assuming it works the same with A+ that the 970 x 600 is the min size.

@@sachagorelik5258 Hi Sacha. Thanks for the reply. I tried to upload different images by hit and trial. I found out that maximum file size accepted for the two full size image modules is 10 MB.
