It's great that you pointed out that buyers/viewers eat the listing from the bottom up after spending time on the reviews. Good stuff!

I like your idea of a hero image. which module allows a single image like the examples you have? The modules I found all have text overlay. and the module is very rectangular. Looking for a big square empty module.

Over everything else remember to follow the data people! Different "experts" may give you opinions on what they think is a better or worse design but what really matters is: does it actually work. The point of this video is to give you the formula that we found works based on real conversion data from hundreds of listings. I would be skeptical of any advice without a backbone of data. Best of luck and happy selling!

Hi Chris - This info really helped! I've actually only got one product at the moment. In this situation is there a good substitute for the Carousel? Or would you suggest just ending on the banner?
@Chris-Rawlings4 жыл бұрын
@@eddiewheeler5013 While you just have one product you will want to skip the carousel for now. Replace it with another image-heaver banner or image switcher widget.

Hi, amazing video full of info. Thank you all three for taking the time. Have one question though. I have Brand registry but only have one product at the moment. Is there any way I could take advantage of the Carousel? Or I need to wait until I have more products?
@ChrisRawlingsjah4 жыл бұрын
Great question- you will have to wait until you have more products in the line to use the carousel, but you can do it even if you just have one more product. For now focus on the visuals and the content in the rest of your EBC.

@@ChrisRawlingsjah Thank you very much for the reply. I am now in the process of getting brand registered with amazon. i am at the very beginning. I am going through amazon's IP Accelerator program. I have to send my Engagement form back to the attorney I am using. I know I will definitely need assistance once this gets created and amazon gives me a thumbs up. This video inspired me to do so. I more than likely will need assistance and i will be reaching out to Sophie Society when everything is ready.

Great video, I will definitely keep those tips and pointers in mind when creating A+ content. My question is once it's created, how do you get it to appear on the actual listing?
@ChrisRawlingsjah4 жыл бұрын
in seller Central go to advertising, then A + content manager then upload your content there for the listing. It will take a couple days while the content is under review and then it will show up on the listing. Keep in mind that you must have brand registry in order to upload A+ content.

Chris Rawlings thanks for the info, the template create has been approved/published and two weeks later, it’s still not appearing?

Kevin - your A+ content is probably under review. It can take 2 or more days for amazon to approve your content before it goes live. We've even seen it take up to a week.

Do you have any idea how to get approved for A+ Content - without a trademark? I have a new customer on Amazon - they have applied for their trademark in May of 2019 , they are still waiting on the documents. Can a seller get access to A+ without a registered Trademark?
@Chris-Rawlings4 жыл бұрын
now you can actually get approved for brand registry with just a trademark application (and not an issued trademark). this is new.

With all respect, thank you for sharing. The idea & theory is great :) The examples & designs of images could be much better though and unfortunately look very poor for the best company in the world 36:34 :)) With much love - the quality of Design can really build or break trust with the brand no matter what the strategy behind, if it looks bad - whatever is being said in text - is not taken seriously. The quality of design and individual approach to each is what can really differentiate the brands and give them the best chance of increasing conversion. I would recommend looking for true, talented photographers and designers out there. Doing it yourself or hiring "anyone" with a basic understanding of design - can really damage your brand image. Topic is great and I still learned new information.

Appreciate the feedback. With all due respect the data means more than your opinion or design preferences. I'm sure you feel you have great design sense but the data might not agree. We go based on data, not design preferences. That's why we produce the best results.

Honestly didn't talk about the importance of using alt-text and crawlable text throughout the listing. All of this helps to index more keywords. Could of been much better delivery from him.

Carousels are highly ineffective. I've study them and used them, and out of 10k unique hits, not one person used it.
