4 image module images are very small 200x200px, difficult to show any image properly, it better to use at least 3 image module with is little bigger 300x300px..what do u think...?

The reason you want to stick with the 4 panel is that they stack in mobile veiw, giving you a much greater portion of your own listing (vs all the other things Amazon shows shoppers on your listings, ads, etc). Using 2 4 panel modules gives you a lot more real estate on mobile where most purchases happen!

Hey Diana good question. You can not use the comparison table to compare your product with competitors products. It only works with your own products. Don't worry though, as soon as you have a single new product you can start using the carousel product section. In the meantime, utilize the bottom module to highlight another Xfactor of the product, add visual instructions (step by step), or breakout the elements of the product.

Fantastic video! Chris, if I capture all of key content from Description to now be in A+ Content, is there any reason to still keep Description? Seems deleting it would reduce clutter and repetition, and focus customer on more powerful A+ content. Thanks!

Amazon doesn't show your existing description when you upload EBC/A+ content. But I have heard that the content is still crawled for SEO benefits

You need to upload the EBC for each listing in each market you want it to appear for.

Thanks for great video, but actually when i try to add ASIN while creating A+ contents, it shows error "You are unable to add content to this ASIN because our system does not recognize this ASIN as part of your brand." How can I resolve this issue, all of my products have variations as well, so should I add ASIN of parent Item or child item. TIA.

Shadab make sure that you are brand registered and that the ASIN falls under the brand you registered. The brand name you input has to match the exact name of the brand you used for brand registry. This is likely the issue here.

Hi. I've watched your video twice and will again as I implement everything. I have created an "Our Story" graphic just like you have in the video. Which A+ module should I use to upload it? I created one in Canva. When I upload it to A+ content logo module with the 600x180pxl minimum requirement it gets blurry. I've monkied around with different pixels and the higher the pixels the worse it gets. What is the fix for this? I've asked on several forums and no one has an answer.

Nice action-taking! For the story section of the A+ you will want to use either the rightmost section of the 4-panel module or you can use the single designed image with text overlay (but don't use the overlay) module. The logo module you will only want to use for the logo itself, not the story. Your issue is actually quite common where an image you upload comes out blurry even when you upload at the recommended resolution. Many times after a few days, the resolution returns. Try waiting up to a week to see if the resolution comes back, if it doesn't, you can try to upload a few different file sizes and file types. You will get it eventually this issue is quite common.

It's been awhile since I asked and have wondered if you came across any new info on the images being compressed into blurriness when uploaded. I have asked several experts and no one has figured out the issue yet. I have uploaded images in multiple file sizes, waited a week, waited for it to go live. Once it went live the blurriness became worse.

Hi! We are Share it Studio, an official Amazon Partner agency. -Header 6 or Standard Image with Dark or Light Text Overlay- and -Header Image or Standard Image Header with Text- are the best options for modules. In terms of specs, upsizing is definitely a MUST, in this case we use 2225x688px for 900x300px modules, and 2225x1376px for 900x600px modules. You MUST export the images in PNG format. This holds more data than a JPG, since the compression is lossless. In a few words: You can reduce the size of the image while maintaining the quality.

Great Video! I got started on creating updated EBC and it looks great. One issue I'm having is for the banner images, it says "970X300 MIN" but this appears to be the only size I can upload, which looks especially small on mobile. It's difficult to fit much information in this size. The examples in the video seem to show an image closer in size to the large hero image, but if I upload anything larger than 970X300 it gets cut down to size. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi! We are Share it Studio, an official Amazon Partner agency. When opening the A+ Content manager, did you select Enhanced Product Description? Try looking for Header Image or Standard Image Header with Text (970x600 px) for a bigger module option.

Now it has actually become irrelevant as you only need a trademark application (as opposed to a registered trademark) in order to get brand registry. You can get brand registry very quickly now. If your application is stalled speak directly with the brand registry team.

I am given two options - Basic & BrandStory. There was a tiny mention about this in the video yet I’m unclear and hoping to please get your advice. 1) Can you pretty please tell me which modules I should use with the Basic and which modules I should use with Brand Story? 2) Specifically, my 7 year old adorable daughter will be the main pic with the products. Where should I put that pic to best optimize? 3) Should I use the standard comparison chart in EBC and also use the Brand ASIN & Store Showcase module in Brand story? For the Enhanced Product Description, working with -Header 6 or Standard Image with Dark or Light Text Overlay- and -Header Image or Standard Image Header with Text- is the way to go since these allow us to showcase your product in a beautiful, visual and engaging way that humanizes and sells your product and brand. We don’t recommend working with “Brand Story” since the purpose of this option is talking about just your brand: the why, how and when of it. And though yes, it is important for you to talk about these things on your listing to connect with your audience, you don’t need to JUST do that. By choosing to work with Enhanced Product Description, you will be able to both showcase your product and talk about your brand. -Header 6 or Standard Image with Dark or Light Text Overlay- and -Header Image or Standard Image Header with Text- are the best options in terms of sizing of modules so they will both be a big help to showcase the product and your little girl. If you have multiple products under the same department (ex. Home and Health), you could plan a cross promotion, where you show how your products can complement each other rather than showcasing them on a comparison chart. However, if you do decide to proceed with the chart, we do recommend using the EBC or Basic one.
