Your videos are so helpful and clear for anyone who wants to save money and set up a great telephone system for their business. I started watching your series on Friday night after work and after a couple of hours my Amazon Connect phone system was working fine. Last week I had a quote for a system which would cost about AU$12,000.00 per year and your videos will save me about 90% of that money. Also, I'm in control of the system now thanks to you. I love your Amazon Connect videos. Straight to the point and very easy to understand. My issue is when I attempt to connect from 1 block to another I don't get the "yellow" connection ring. The block is configured correctly but it is not connecting. I am going from Check contact attributes (no match) to Get customer input (error) and it isn't connecting to any option on the "Get customer input block. I don't know how to resolve this.

Can you have a many first experience contact flow? What happend if you have one "firrst experience flow" and you update or remove while its running?

I have watched all the videos up unit now but I have built a similar call flow but when it goes to transfer queue, it just goes to hold music and doesn't call anyone. I set up the users. Can you please help?

Hello Arun, do you think it is possible to have a contact flow where you trigger AWS lambda, for e.g. to transcribe the stored voice using Amazon Transcribe, do some analytics on the transcribed audio and then return to the contact flow?

It seems like if you want to do anything besides the available defaults in Amazon Connect you have to be a developer.

SIr I am facing issue related to Calls, Whenever someone calls me ,The contact flow runs but the call didn't connect to the agent? I have simple contact Flow, consistent of only transfer to queue. Could you or anyone else help me?
