I claimed a phone number for sample testing on the Customer Control Panel (CCP). I am unable to claim a phone number - I constantly get this error message "We couldn't claim your phone number The allowed limit for claimed phone numbers has been exceeded for your instance" In Amazon Connect, I navigated to -> Channel -> Phone Numbers to check if I had already claimed a phone number, but that page was completely blank. Please help

@@SandeepJ-u7k which aws region you are trying to get the number?If it's corporate aws account may be billing is disabled for new number purchase.
