I've been using mine a couple years now, mostly for electrical box cuts in drywall, but also on occasion I cut small metal cuts. The sawsall blades come in metal cutting, but on the Lenox you can use a hacksaw blade because it fits in the other end of the handle and the little 'lanyard' ring clamps it in place when tightened. I've used it to cut small bolts down to length with a 10", 32TPI hacksaw blade (cuts cleaner and binds less even though it takes longer, it's worth it to me). One other thing I have used it for is holding a 9mm segmented utility blade when I lost my holder...it worked great in the pinch I was in having to cut fuel hose for someone broke down on the side of the road one day. I've had most of the common mfr's of these and the Lenox is my favorite. The last one was similarly designed, made by Milwaulkee which I have as my truck tool bag I carry everywhere.

98% of the time I use this for quick trim cuts! I love it! There is a Toughbuilt that I have my eye on that I have yet to buy. I regret that I have not used the Lenox to its fullest potential, and I will definitely check out that tip! Its an awesome tool all around!

I like how that comes with a thicker blade to jab into the drywall…. And takes sawzall blades. Pretty nice.

I have one of these from about two-and-a-half decades ago. So I can say these things are tried-and-true. It almost looks like the exact same design as the one I have. Enjoy the many years of use you'll get out of this tool.

They have had these for that long and I never even was aware they existed... I've been doing bathrooms and kitchens and building homes for almost 20 years. Just ordered one!
