My teacher. I have the same device and I have a problem. When I connect to the device via the mobile application. The whole camera does not appear on the screen of the device, the video display shows only part of the screen. I want full screen. how

Hi, thank you for your inquiry. It appears that the Alexa app does not have the landscape orientation, even if you have an auto rotate setting enabled on your mobile device. I believe this is what you're referring to. Alexa app will stay in a portrait orientation while using the app, even during video calls. This fixes the screen to the width of your mobile device.

@@egypta4477 as far as I can tell there is no way to display the video full screen after going through the settings. The screen orientation is fixed to portrait while using the mobile app

@@egypta4477 after talking to an Alexa representative, they confirmed there is no current option for landscape mode
