Great video !!! Summer , if you put the large afghan on the side of your bed and put a chair up to it , you could crochet from the chair and the afghan won't make you hot . I have done this before with a king size #4 worsted weight yarn . I used a chair that was shorted than the bed , so you are not bending over all the time . Hope this helps .

Summer! After you showed us how you wind yarn with that fabulous wood Swift, I ordered one just like yours and have used it and love it. I then found that carrying case for it and ordered it (the teal one) and I've had it now for over a week and love it too. The best part is that I had a Swift before that was a rinky-dink thing, very flimsy, but I didn't want to throw it away... well, IT fits inside that case along with the big wooden one just perfectly so I have BOTH of the Swifts in that case. It's fabulous! I think I got it on amazon, but I can't remember now. It might have been on the web site for the swift.

I love the crochet hooks from knitpics mag,,,,,I have one of those hooks..5.5,,,got it at a local store..sold individually.. I LOVE IT ! IT IS MY FAVORITE HOOK TO WORK WITH.. I’ve ordered from Knit Picks & their customer service is excellent- they are able to tell you if one yarn is softer than another. Also, go on their website & read the customer reviews for anything you buy- customers will tell you if the color is as shown online, if the yarn pills & other great information.
