I bought two of them. One for a 15 horse 4 stroke Yamaha and one for a mud motor. Over the course of the winter the wheels get flat on the bottom but other than that I haven't had any problems with them for 2 years now.

@mvboutdoors definitely! Also, how did you manage to sand the inside of your boat? I have a 1448 and there's so many rivets and bolts and ribs and nooks and cranny's that I couldn't imagine sanding all of that... did you just do a quick hand sand what you could, or did you full on sand everything as much as possible?

@@jenneweiner The first boat build I did, the 1436, I hand sanded the inside. I used a power sander everywhere I could and sanding blocks for the rest. The next boat I did more of a rough sand where I could reach. The walls and visible spots I did my best sanding on but anything that would be covered up by flooring/etc it got a rough sand and painted over. Both ways worked fine, I would say to really focus on whats visible and scuff up what's not.

@mvboutdoors sounds good. And how did you reach all that? Was it on the trailor the whole time? I'm dreading the sound of sanding all that.

It's pretty wide but it should fit. It's rather large though, I think there a better styles if that is your goal.
