Amanda, I absolutely love how you and Mr. Hill talk about the reality of how hateful words on the internet are felt and experienced with real feelings. When people say it doesn't matter what people type into the comments, as a psychologist I know that is not true. Words have impact and matter because if they don't, we have lost our humanity.
