I am a follower of sanatana and I believe Buddhism is a pant under sanatana. Having said that this video was very off topic, though I agree with his outlook on politicians trying to hide behind Gandhi or Ambedkar. Saying they are no different than today's politicians is disrespectful towards our founding fathers. The Indian subcontinent no matter if its religion was Islam or Hinduism has found ways to discriminate against the less fortunate always. If India were so perfect already we wouldn't have had Geeta. Remember Indians were the ones who asked Sita for agneepariksha. So saying Indian Hindus were always liberal is a false narrative. Ambedkar changed his religion cause he was fed up with casteism. The discrimination by the upper caste is prevalent still today. So rather than justifying stands of politicians or ranting about getting cancelled we should call out folks from all strata to join each other's hand and stand together for sanatan. No matter if they are Hindu or Buddhists. Infact muslims from the Indian subcontinent are more Indian than they are Muslim. We should strive for an indic outlook rather than on the basis of religion which this guy was clearly discriminating against.

Ambedkar adopted Buddism only during the last six months of his life. He expired on 6th December 1956. And every one is aware of the important date 6th december 1992. So through out in his life he was a Hindu. So one can deduce when you criticize a true ancient religion and the religion followed by your creators Mother and Father what happens. Lord Buddha said that anyone, irrespective of his/her colour or creed, who 'practices' his path is his follower. No point in believing, only the practice matters. Anyone who practices long enough will 'know' why reincarnation happens. There are highly evolved beings who are still in the 'lok chakra'...who will keep coming back from time to time as needed. Though they are highly evolved they still have 'matter' left within them...that is what makes the incarnation possible. When there's no 'matter' remaining... there's no more returning...they escape the 'lok chakra'. Vishnu is not devoid of 'qualities'...if there are qualities then there must be 'matter' that holds those qualities...and if there's matter... there's reincarnation. Just believing or not believing means nothing. Those who have not walked paths of inner pursuits for years.... however great they might be in their own fields... will never know these things... their understanding is intellectual understanding... intellectual understanding is impotent when needed to grasp eternal truths. Shiva doesn't reincarnate...he is the one who is 'not'... He is nirgun.. Lord Budhha reached that stage of nirgun with practice...he is no longer in the 'lok chakra'... anyone who practices his path will reach that state...and till then that person will keep coming back. Doesn't matter if someone believes or disbelieves reincarnation...it is there!

Ambedkar as a child was given education by a Brahmin teacher, his higher education was sponsored by Maratha King. His friends and colleagues in London were Hindus and mostly Brahmins, who used to live together. After coming back to India he worked at a Kings place in accountancy. He became professor of Economics and taught Hindu students mostly Brahmins and Vaishyas. He then started social reform movements and all his satyagrahas and temple movements were aided by his Brahmin friends. Later after Independence he was made law minister by Nehru, a Brahmin. He was made chairman of Constitutional committee by Mahatma Gandhi, Nehru both Brahmins. Many of his sisters were married to Brahmin boys. Later in his old age he married a young Doctor Brahmin girl himself. When he was out of limelight and very ill, he converted to Buddhism, openly denouncing Hinduism claiming that Hinduism cannot evolve; What an irony if we see all the highlights of Amedkars life, he was always helped and supported by upper caste Hindus.

No one has seen the struggle he faced. He experienced untouchability and observed brutal treatment given to his fellow brothers. If you don't want to talk about untouchability, it's fine! Remember that era was full of casteism. Why he was denied entry into Kalaram mandir. Despite being a Hindu his community was known as untouchables. All their sufferings were not healed by any higher force. Not a single deity came to their rescue when people were killed in the name of the religion. What do you think he should have done?
