I was saying that all through this trial. She has admitted to throwing heavy objects at him, some of which hit him in the head or face... cooking pots, glass vases, full cans of mineral spirits, and other heavy missiles. If a man had thrown such things at a woman, which had hit her face and left abrasions and bruising, he would have been dragged into court and probably done jail time. But the thinking seems to be ( especially by Heard herself) that a woman is too physically weak to do any serious damage to a man. This is patently untrue, and there need to be new laws in place to stop violent women from thinking it's OK to lobb heavy objects, especially glass bottles at a man. I was hoping that Johnny's laywers would have made more of this... that Amber Heard could have easily caused Johnny Depp, the loss of an eye with her habit of mindlessly hurling heavy objects at his face and head, or, as you say, actually killed him. ....imagine if the vodka bottle she threw at him had sliced through his jugular vein instead of his fingertip.

This body guard seems very honest and reliable as a witness. Even if he rarely works for Depp anymore, he doesn't appear to have any ill will, but he also is willing to say that Depp was "giving as good as he got". So he's not going to present Mr Depp as blameless or as an innocent angel. He's clear, professional, even seems a bit uncomfortable talking about these personal conversations, as if it is unprofessional to be talking about these things. Which, imo, makes sense given what he does for a living. I wonder if he feels it might hurt his career by talking about his clients personal problems. I think he'd rather be doing just about anything else.

Why is it that every time Travis is about to say something that Amber said or did that was really horrible, the audio goes silent? At first it was the names she was calling Johnny, then it was the shade she was throwing at Travis's career, then it was what she was saying to Johnny in penthouse 5. That's as far as I got, about halfway through the video, but it's so annoying that I'm not watching anymore.

The trial was against the paper not amber. It is also suggested the judge was associated with the paper’s owners. The ruling is basically the paper didn’t make up the accusations but merely reported her accusations. It is not evidence that Johnny abused her but merely possibly true because she accused him therefore OK for them to report it. It was not a good ruling though and weird to say the least.
