Apparently people that knew Amber Heard in high school called her single white female because of her crazy predatory behavior. Whether this is true or not, that description fits her perfectly. Amber Heard is the single white female. I would have a lot more empathy for her if she was not a violent, gaslighting, abusive, predatory, manipulative, cunning, deceitful, callous and vindictive pathological liar. I had an ex-boyfriend that acted almost exactly like her. The only difference was that he could concede to others that he was effed-up and had problems. He would never ever ever publicly lambast me. Although he did physically and emotionally abuse and Gaslight me, at least he kept it private. When I finally left him because I realized he was so toxic and would never change oh, he never spoke poorly of me to others and only spoke of his love for me. Towards the end of the relationship when he could not control his violence he would just tell me to leave because he knew he could not stop himself from hurting me. He would scream at me to leave. At the very least he knew he had problems do somebody like that you can have empathy for. They have major problems and I know it but it's hard for them to change. Amber Heard is a completely different story because she will not take accountability for even the slightest thing. She not only abused in every single way Johnny Depp, but she wanted to make him pay for all eternity for leaving us. It was way more than a money issue it was because to her leaving her was the ultimate betrayal and she could not accept rejection because narcissists rarely can. And the methodical planning that she affected to get back at him is disgusting

Females have to start demanding at least some kind of proof on allegations against males because men are villified and the courts push back when men try to do it for themselves. How many men have been ruined by the internet pile on for unproven allegations? Especially decades old accusations that a dozen women decide to join in and the man can't even try to defend himself because the accusations are so old? Plus the men are judged on behaviors that used to be considered acceptable way back then and the men were that much younger, same as the women who are accusing them. Cancel culture without proof needs to stop for everyone and every gender. In these times there's no longer any excuse for not taking immediate action to report if abused sexually or physically; and not taking any action should be considered as an intended decision instead of an acceptable excuse.

I am a victim of DV and this is not how most victims act. It is obvious she is the aggressor. If he had done what she had accused him of particularly the sexual violence she would not be pursuing him aggressively. What she called bruising, a pink mark on her right cheek looked more like a steam burn and was on the wrong side of her face. Johnny is right-handed and would never have hit her with his left hand because that is more important than the right for playing the guitar. Some of the bruises could have been real as the changes can be seen when pointed out by a cosmetologist. She's had her nose done, implants in her cheeks and chin and botox.

During the libel UK trial, AH mentioned Johnny's word for her hitting and smacking him as cold clock, and she belittled him for exaggerating her abuse. During this trial, she repeatedly used the same terms to describe his alleged assault of her. She's the only one of the two of them that used the same words against and towards her. Clearly, she told on herself at every turn deflecting her abusing him i.e. landing one, cold clocking him, getting one in. Vile and jail time should have been given to her for major perjury and false claims and allegations. Although I believe JD did have moments of drunken behavior and had outbursts of anger, I don’t believe he ever hit or physically abused her. Women can be some of the worst at physical abuse because a lot of men will not hit them back. JD is one of those men who will try to walk away and not fight back. He instead hit walls, threw things. Not that I thought Johnny was an abuser anyway, but after hearing what he went through as a child, despite the abuse from his mother he would just walk away into his own space. He kept that same coping mechanism when Amber WAS abusing HIM. I believe Johnny decided to walk away from Amber and stay somewhere else, but she would not allow him space. Amber was intent on getting into his head and having her own way regardless. When Johnny was not allowed space it was then he would lash out , not at Amber but by punching walls, throwing things around. I think this actually frustrated Amber more because she wanted Johnny to actually hit her so then she could have something to show. She couldn't get the evidence she wanted so she created her own. Even the so called bust she had to her lip, looks more like she bit herself on the lip because there did not appear to be any bruising around the mouth area. I believe if ever there was a time that Johnny did have physical contact with Amber, it was not initiated by him. I think the contact he had with Amber was only in defence from what SHE was doing to HIM. Johnny himself admits that he has pushed her, and maybe he even grabbed her arm but it was probably only to tear her away from himself. It's all so sad really, she has basically made a rod for her own back but the truth will always prevail. I don't wish bad on anyone, to be honest I believe they will both need psychological help after this trial.They both have have had difficult childhoods which have affected the way they behave in adult life.Lets hope they both get help after this trial, and not fall deeper into the dark hands of drugs and alcohol.

Plus they never ever touched the possibility of JD going back to drugs/alcohol because she is causing it - he wants to "get numb" as he had testified. From what I have seen, because Johnny was suing The Sun in the UK (not Amber), the Sun was able to bring Amber as a witness to support the Sun's defense. That means Johnny's lawyers could not bring in all the evidence to prove she was lying like they can and have in the US trial. Big Difference obviously. Also the Judge looked at Amber's UK statements as "evidence" and could rule it "fact".

Criminal trials in the uk are based on reasonable doubt. There is usually lots of evidence that cannt be used and they focus on less info sometimes. Uk courts run very differently to US just like family courts are better in the US than in the UK

I think it's become obvious to whole room that her testimony is really inconsistent...multiple eye witnesses that testified to specific incidents paint a completely different picture of the dynamic, and it seems like the jury has picked up on it. A few people from the Lawtube community are present, specifically DUI guy, who mentioned 3 jurrors are actively pivoted towards Camille Vasquez during questioning and aren't even looking at AH when she's been providing answers...we'll see though

Actually on a cross you are not allowed to say that the witness is lying…you can only show the jury that she is contradicting herself based on the evidence. It is up to the jury to determine whether she is lying or not.
