During the defamation trial on Thursday, ACLU COO and general counsel Terence Dougherty testified that Amber Heard stopped making payments to the ACLU in 2018 for her $3.5m pledge. He also testified that both Elon Musk and Johnny Depp made donations to the ACLU in Heard's name.

This was good to review after Ambers cross. When they were arguing over the semantics over “donate” and “pledge” I believe she said the 500k wasn’t credited towards her pledge. The ACLU didn’t see it that way: 100k + 350k *2 + 500k brings us to the 1.3 mil she had DONATED towards her pledge. There are way too many lies to comment on but a common theme is that she wants to have her cake and eat it too.
