All the "it was an error" is coming from another youtuber who, in his own video, says it's an "assumed error". No one spoke to any clerk, nor were they told it was a clerical error. The charge in question wasn't on the document he obtained via public records.

The dog charge was with the assaulting the mom and parole violation. And if you look at the law specifically it actually is very broad law that can be everything from stoping a service animal from doing it's job, getting in it's face and distracting it, hitting it, killing it, and a few others I don't remember. So people decided to go straight to "she killed a dog!!" Instead of "she messed with a dog and it could have been anything and it was likely her mom's dog" And then all being lumped together is also why you* have people declaring "but her mom plead* guilty!!" .... Ya, to the lump charges and she likely made a plea deal so there's no guilty to this but not this in a plea deal. Hope this helps. Sadly some are a bit too invested in alr and have become just as bad as her when it comes to telling stories to make it the most outlandish possible. So, during the fight with her mom she most likely put it in another room or hell even yelling at it would have counted to breaking that service dog law so it was all bundled together and I highly highly doubt she beat or killed a dog. And whilst I don't want to come across as taking what you've said and just disregarding it I do find it hard to believe she would attack her mother prior to this and yet not strike an animal. However this also comes from my own experience with family and baring my biological father I couldn't imagine striking a family member so severely. Hell even he never struck family and he was a drug addict for decades. However because it's Amberyln it's all speculation anyway, there will be stories and claims and theories and it all we have to go off due to her own record of consistency with lying from big things to the most pointless of things.

Not only was it a public court record (which no one had reason to believe was a mistake) but it's been out for years and neither Amber nor Mamalynn made an effort to correct the record. To start with, Amber is very hard on her mom's sobriety, (past experience), and Amber is not a good influence on her mom at all. Second thing, never go on an "Amber video" because nothing good will come of it, (past experience). Third thing, you can't hide from your past, accept it and grow from it. When I was a kid, I stupidly believed that I was counteracting any unhealthy foods I ate by combining them with healthy foods (for example, if I ate a cup of strawberries that would nullify me eating a Fruit RollUp I was also eating that day). The difference between that & ALR's idea that only eating HALF of a fast food meal will prevent her from having a heart attack is that _I_ was a stupid 1st Grader. …ALR's 33 frickin' years old and she believes that.
