There’s even a huge difference in medical grade and normal compression garments I wear compression for pain and nerve dmg but they’re nothing compared to my mom’s medical grade which is custom to her size to help circulation.

I don't know anything about lipedema but I have lymphedema (in my left leg). There's no cure for it but t's definitely manageable. For starters healthy diet, losing excessive weight,moving more, 'draining' massages on the affected areas and compression garments. It also depends what stage of lymphedema she has,if it got to the point of last stage there's really nothing she can do. At last stage there's damage to the affected tissue (lack of circulation because of the swelling) it hardens/deforms and it will stay that way forever.

My 12yr old cat can't go in a cattery due to her (diagnosed) fear of cats bless her, so when away for a wkend my mum/son pop in multiple x's a day, if away longer she stays with my son. He only moved out 2 yrs ago so she adores being with him & has no issues in the 5 min car ride. I would not go away otherwise. I would never do what ALR did unless we were actually moving house. She also proved that she was lying about evacuating the cats with the fire alarm when she said she hopes they recognised the smell in the pet carriers from moving in, proving she was lying about using the carrier(s)during fire alarms. She either leaves the cats alone or she doesn't even bother to evacuate herself & Twinkie. The packing, the pets, the way she treated her mom during the journey was dreadful. Did anyone else pick up on stuff? She put her mom down at every opportunity even though she was being amazing by driving ALR's***ass 19 hrs there. I hope ALR paid for a plane ride bk for them! I doubt it though. She pretended not to like the hot dog thing simply coz her mom recommended it. It was the exact same mannerisms & facial expressions etc as when she was telling beck about them having their priorities wrong, being cruel & condescending. Watch the2 clips bk to bk of you can. ALR gets a kick out of putting people down, telling them they're wrong, disagreeing etc just to have control, embarrass, humiliate etc. calling her mom out for smoking during the service stops & for how many energy drinks she was consuming, her not knowing how to use the wipers in the hire car etc. why couldn't she just have appreciated her mom for doing such a massive favour that amber had obviously talked her into. There's this thing called a petsitter or boarding facility. Get off your lazy big cherry and hop on Rover or ask your mom for local recommendations. Read reviews and research a cat savvy boarding facility. Can you imagine the litterbox smell in that car?! Really, she shouldn't own pets. The only things I've seen her spend money on for them are stupid plastic garbage like Bark Box. Her life is highly unstable by choice and she's unwilling to accommodate her animals around her own selfish needs, despite having the money and resources to do so. I have had lymphedema for about ten years now. How the f@&k does she not have leg pumps? I’m only 200 lbs and I wear my pumps 3 times a day I can’t imagine why she doesn’t use any. It wouldn’t take that much off of her but I’m sick of this excuse.

it shocks the senses when you see someone who is quite obviously sick. That is normal. Not bullying or being hateful. I lost an eye and shaved my head so dressings would work to protect the wound. People are a bit shocked when they first see me. The truth is Ii don't look cute, not at all. And I accept that while I heal from a life threatening illness. I often notice others reactions and don't hesitate to tell them I lost a sword fight. Occupational hazard of moonlighting as a pirate. The overwhelming response is laughter. I love that about humans. Presume they are kind unless proved otherwise . 9/10 they will respond with understanding
