I love what your sports psychologist said about how you can't wear the same shoes as when you are younger because you outgrow them, and it's the same with goals, that your goals change! It's crazy to think about how much my goals have changed in just this year; we all change so much throughout our lives! Also, wanna say you seem like a MUCH better version of yourself than you did in that old video, so kudos to self-growth!!!

I dont know how can atheists believe that such a very sexy very attractive beauty queen like you came from monkeys hahaha 😄 There was a teacher whom didn't believe in the existence of God, He said to his students do you see God?, the students replied no we don't see God, so the teacher said if you don't see God it means there is no God, then a smart student stood up and said to the other students hey guys do you see the teachers brain?, then the students replied no we don't see the teachers brain, the student then said then the teacher is crazy he got no brain :0) ​God initiated everything, and he redo too, and it is evident. ​one God for all of us, all the universe shows unity with diversity, there are different things different creatures and different materials but are all made of particles and atoms ​God initiated everything, and he redo too, and it is evident. ​this life is temporary while the next is forever eternal either in paradise or burning in Hell fire good qualities are beneficial, and bad qualities are harmful Try in life to be good &kind & not to be bad, try hard to refrain from sining & doing evil deeds, and obey God through following the good teachings of the Quran and the prophet Mohammed and his great pious daughter the lady of light lady Fatima and his true successor imam Ali and his special chosen pious kind descendants- and worship God alone in the way he wants to be worshiped and you will be saved from Hell fire and will enter paradise and be happy forever. Shine and spread the light dear.

God is one, one God for all of us, The universe didnt always exist science said it was not always existing, so it was created, they say it was through the big bang, and we say even that was created and initiated by God, whatever got a begining meaning whatever was proven to not have always existed but then existed must have a creator, but whatever was not proven to have not existed before and had no begining point has no creator, God had no begining so has no creator, but because the universe had a begining point it means the universe was created it means there must be a God, also the universe shows unity and diversity, there are different things, different creatures and different materials, but they are all made of particles and atoms. God started everything, and he repeat things, and it is clear. This life is temporary, the other is forever, either in heaven or in hell fire! Therefore, let us all try to be good and not bad humans in life, and be kind and follow the words of God and the good teachings of his great messenger to mankind, the prophet Mohammed and his supporter imam Ali and his good pious kind descendants whom are an extension of God's messenger and his light. Shine and spread the light sunshine. 😘

19 year old triathlete here. I really have to work a lot on keeping it fun. I struggle a lot with identity apart from my sport though. If I get ill or if I just have one session a day and the rest of the day is free for example, I really don't know what to do with myself. The good thing though is that I am aware of the problem and willing to better myself. I mean, I don't aim to peak in the next two years and then be done with triathlon, I obviously want to peak when I am in my 30s. Guess there is always something to learn.

your growth is phenomenal. i know how you feel because i used to be the same way. i knew all the right things & i preached them to the worldddd, but i had such a hard time doing it myself. i was as embarrassed to admit it. that’s a big reason i quit youtube. my body was too small, my life too structured, my mind too obsessive. it’s insane how much life can change. past me would’ve had a panic attack if you’d told her i looked & felt SO MUCH better after gaining 30lbs and letting go of all my patterns lolol. i remember watching your videos back then & your entire spirit has just flourished into such a beautiful and POWERFUL being. i love you amber!💕
