This was a dark night, and about 4 miles into the woods alone…except the rather large and curious alligator who kept staring at me from the water kept me company. I slept well because of this choral cricket surround sound.

Oh my your brave, I love a fire but I would be terrified if I knew there was an alligator out there.

@@FloridaManPat There were a few mosquitoes and ticks, but they didn’t bother me much. Noseeums were not present.
