Yes, the 7950x has a higher tdp hence the high temps. The 9900 runs more efficiently without loss in performance.

Depends, some motherboards have the updated bios. If they don't you could always use the bios flash option even if you don't have a cpu in the motherboard. You will need another computer or laptop to download the new bios onto a pen drive though.

What's special about the X870-P motherboard?

It's supposed to have full x16 pcie-5 bandwidth on the pcie slot. Gpus at present cannot use it, but future models might.

Sirji, i have heard that, MSI doesn't provide Quick serivces, they take way long time in india. So, one friend suggests me that you should avoid MSI for the time being. What do you day?

I may be lucky that nothings gone wrong yet 🤞🏻, I have multiple msi motherboards. Never had to send one in for repair.

At present yes, it's a bit expensive. Prices will come down, the 9900x will boost for longer as the temps are low and is easier to keep cool.
