A word of caution! I live here in Tampa, Florida and I can tell you that the cost of having a home anywhere in Florida right now is exorbitant. Our weather is beautiful and lovely, but obtaining insurance is challenging because many of the carriers have pulled out of the state due to all the claims that occurred because of natural disasters. People are fleeing the state because the insurance on a property is so high. Purchasing a condo anywhere is especially pricey because many of the condo associations are now issuing special assessments which increases the monthly HOA fees.

@ he is the CEO of a huge investment fund. His personal wealth is 100’s of millions. But Amelia claims she pays for everything herself. She clearly, at a minimum, has a massive trust fund. Her spending is just so far above other much more successful influencers so I’m sure she makes good money, but not that good.

Bobbles on sweaters - it comes down to the material of the garment. If there is synthetic material such as acrylic or polyester with natural wool/cashmere there is a really strong material next to a less strong material and it creates the pills. The other reason is if it is 100% natural fiber but it is a shorter fiber product it will also pill easily. Ultimately it is frustrating because the brand is being cheap. There is no reason for them to use a short wool fiber or mix in synthetic with the wool (except to cut production cost and increase profits).

I think you would love being a snowbird in Miami. Here in Florida between October till April we get a lot of snowbirds mostly they are Canadians. We have a few where I live in Ponte Vedra as its more quiet. If your looking at properties definitely seek out a highrise condo building. That way you will get a great view and great amenities like front desk service, gym and pool etc. You don't even have to buy a property. You can rent a condo from a property management company.
