Mashallah but sir I have one question A person receive 121 show cause notice on that base he just filed his return without providing any documentary evidence latter on department serve another notice u/s 122(9) with the same definite information that were mentioned in show cause 121, and stated as following. That the show cause notice 122(9) is the continuation of show cause 121 as you have just filed your return in response to 121 but could not provide any evidence that's why 122(9) is the continuation of show Couse 121. Question is is that as per ITO 2001 right?
