The prohibition was over alcohol which alcohol definitely inebriates to a point you cant walk less drive. Marijuana does not inebriate like alcohol. However alcohol is responsible for many auto deaths, many non auto accidents and deaths yet its legal and comes in many tasty forms like honey whisky and so on. Kinda hard. Don't think there's anyone who will start smoking just because it becomes legal. Schools suck here, man. This can help. You can't legalize anything without regulation. That's where the taxes come from. I voted today but could care less. I've treated it like it was legal for 25 years.
