Even if I'm scared of the news you've received and I have some kind of an idea what it could be, I know that it does not always have to go the way doctors tell you. For my part, I have a friend which lost her period several times because of stress and her diet. After going to many different doctors they told her, she will never ever be able to have kids in her life. This was the biggest shock and the badest news she could possibly get. She had a hard time telling me and her friends and family what was going on and she struggled with it. But, only after 6 months and even that doctors told her she's not able to get pregnant and taking the pill... She got pregnant!!! So, I just want to say, please don't give up on your dream. It is very good that you are putting all the effort in your health and that you are trying to get your period back. Never forget that you are strong and your willpower will get you where you want to be! :)

This is so uplifting and sweet for you to share! I think we are all wondering if this is what it is about. So many women share similar stories to this. So, you're right... anything is possible! My mother was suggested to have an abortion when they found her endometriosis spread throughout all her lower organs or else she may bleed out, but she took the risk and here she is today! She wasn't even supposed to get pregnant. But, everyone's journey is different. Praying for you, S!

I got my period at 9 and lost it when I was a teenager like 13. Would get it once a year if at all until i was 28. Was told i had one chance every 11 yrs. But that i'd never probably conceive. I started eating only unprocessed food. And following a fertility diet and lots of water and my periods became regular. Had to avoid sugar even things like tomatoes. I listened to my body. Got pregnant 1 yr after but lost baby. 4 yrs later conceived. She's two. I believe in God. I spent lota of time in prayer and fasting for a baby. I really felt God lead me to eat the way I was. Because once i picked up a book, I was basically following the diet already. I named my daughter Janae. It means answered prayer.

SEZ!!! Keep your head up girl! I know that seems like a hard thing to do right now. I have PCOS and I've acutally had cysts on my ovaries since I was little. We first found out when I was only 5 years old (at the time I had 4 cysts on my right and 3 on my left). I used to get horrible stomach cramps and my mom would have to come get me from school. Then we found out I had precocious puberty and I had to take lupron which is a hormone suppression therapy until I was 12 years old. (I would have started my period around age 5-6). My PCOS is EXTREMELY severe and my ovaries are completely covered in cysts (I've been told more than 30 per ovary). I was told by numerous doctors that I would not be able to conceive naturally. I ended up getting pregnant NATURALLY and now have an amazing 3 year old daughter! You got this sezzy! Just trust God's plan!

I know what it feels like. I will say though once I stopped stressing so much about not having my period it helped me let go and relax so much more. I think the worst thing to do is stress about not having a period on top of all the stress we have in our daily lives. I wish you the best of luck! You can do it!

Staying positive helps so much. Keep smiling girl ;) 2 months ago I found out I had a 10cm large cyst inside of my ovary.. I needed surgery to remove it, fallopian tube, and my appendix. My chances of fertility are lowered now and I will need help:( I'm stunned by the news but it won't stop me living each day to the fullest!

The cyst was found through ultra sound, but the doctor didn't know I had severe endometriosis until they opened me up .Unfortunately there isn't really a way to know for sure if you have it unless you get surgery, the doctors can only speculate.

Hi Sezzy! I've been a maternal/child nurse and lactation consultant for decades.. In the US, you'd probably first be prescribed with Metformin and/or Clomid to induce ovulation. If unsuccessful, many women opt for IVF to achieve a pregnancy. Some women with history of PCOS also struggle with inadequate milk supply when breastfeeding. Your devotion to getting this straightened out while you're young is awesome, and puts you ahead of the game for sure. I applaud and admire your attempts at treating your PCOS naturally, and I do hope it works for you, knowing how strong your maternal instincts are!! I have followed your vlogs for a long time, and am inspired by how clean your diet and lifestyle are! All the best, good luck.

I’ve got that same issue of PCOS with no periods or ovulating. It’s hard, but I’ve found a PCOS support group on Facebook that helps comfort me so much. Find a support group, if that’s what you are looking for. You don’t ever have to actually post or share anything in there, just reading the stories of other women going through the same thing around the world is so helpful and makes me feel less alone. There are also a lot of really good suggestions on there for natural possibilities to get your body in sync. I’m trying it out now, but so far no luck. I’ve been looking forward to this video all week long. It means the world to me that you have made this video and have been so open about this part of your life, because it helps me. Love you, Sez!

Thank you sooo much for this Vlog! I was diagnosed 5 years ago with PCOS and had about the same amount of follicles as you, I only found out after coming off the pill (that i had been on since I was 15 until 22) we tried for 12 months to conceive.. we then paused and i've been working on my weight to try and control my PCOS i've dropped my period from every 6 months to every 8 weeks.. in saying this I was overweight and i've been lucky to get mine back as well as a healthier lifestyle. You are a legend for sharing that even though you are one of the healthiest people you still go through 'Real Life' problems I absolutely love watching your insta stories and i'm so sorry you also have to suffer the heartbreak of PCOS.. I'm also a maybe to whether i'm ovulating but I myself have decided if its meant to be it will be, If kids are meant to be they will Ive now been married for 5 years and i'm constantly asked when i'm having kids which I respond with 'I have a 4 year old who keeps me up all night, costs a fortune and cries when she wants something ' - referring to my golden retrieve. People really don't understand its not a question they should ask others as it can be painful.

Sezzy! I'm a nurse and spent quite a bit of time in my education studying hormones and the feedback loop for ovarian cycles and the uterine cycles. Essentially, the ovarian cycle goes like this: LH and FSH are released from the brain. FSH stimulates follicle maturation (a folllicle contains an oocyte aka - pre egg). LH levels peak around day 14 which causes ovulation, which means an egg is released from your ovary and follicle and makes it way down your uterine tubes. The now empty follicle turns into something called corpus luteum which releases progesterone. Progesterone builds the endometium in your uterus and preps it to receive and egg. Estrogen on the other hand is released while your egg in still in the follicle in the ovary. It is released from a special type of cell in the follicle. It stimulates the build up of uterine lining. I don't know if you have, but I would suggest getting your estrogen and progesterone levels checked - and i would do it 4-6 times throughout the month as LH, FSH, estrogen and progesterone are all interconnected and change throughout your menstrual cycle. By getting these tests done throughout the month it will tell you whats happening and how they are affecting each other. I hope this makes sense! If you want any clarification feel free to contact me! DM insta @sydkearns

Dear Scouty, Very informative feedback. Can I ask something about myself ? I am having severe acne breakouts and got my hormone testing done. My LH is 3 times higher than FSH, the rest is fine. Thyroid and glucose too. I guess the rise in my LH is causing me to break out. Can you suggest what can be done under such circumstances? Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi Sarah, I do not often leave comments, anywhere in general. But i feel like it is important to say something here. I want to tell you i am really proud for all the progress you've made in order to recover from your stress. I can tell you feel better. I am also really proud of the way your thinking shifted: all those pictures saying how looking perfectly shreded is not as important as it used to be... And you've helped me realize that I need to do the things that feel good to me in order to live happy . I am so happy to have that mind set thanks to you. Know that you are wonderful, know that you have given so many people awesome "mental" gifts if thats a thing. Know that there is always a way to get to what you want, it might not be the way you had planned to take but at least it will be a way that will make you happy. And isn't that what you are here for? to overcome sadness and come back happier from a very sad stage of your life? I believe in you, in your future family, in your hapiness but most of all I believe that everythinghappens for a reason. (i believe in that since 2013.. and im 17...) love you.

I’m not a doctor but I’m an pre-med. I just wanted to let you know that FSH is low when estrogen is high, and high when estrogen is low. As for LH, that’s needed to bring about ovulation, and is produced by the rise in estrogen. I think there’s something wrong with your estrogen levels. As for PCOS, this is when the corpus luteum, which is what the egg becomes after it ruptures, turns into the corpus albicans. The corpus albicans is scar tissue, and when it occurs frequently can cause scaring of the fallopian tubes. One of the causes can be caffeine more specifically coffee. I just wanted to let you know that maybe you should cut back on coffee and see what happens. I know that’s difficult, but maybe it’ll help. Like you said it’s important to exhaust all possible options. I know that if you received one piece of bad news for one doctor you shouldn’t just give up. Many doctors are not interested in what they would call miracles. However, the brain and body work in mysterious ways. So never lose your desire, sometimes that’s all you need. Look forward to hearing more about your journey.

Unfortunately she said her estrogen was good so instead, I'm thinking she just has poor ovarian reserve and poor quality follicles and may have reached oopause (pre-med here too). That would explain why her FSH is so much higher than her LH.

💛💛 lots of love to you 💛💛 I struggled with PCOS for quite some time and can understand how heartbreaking it can all be when you ache for a baby. My doctor basically told me I wouldn't be able to have kids and I'm now pregnant with my third. I believe you will overcome your challenges exactly how you're meant to. ✨✨✨✨

Sending love and good vibes your way... I went through very similar process last year of dr visits, every test under the sun and searching for answers. I will never forget how difficult and invasive the diagnosis process can feel, my heart so goes out to you. It turned out to be a problem with my left ovary, and long story short there was a time when we were told we might never have children, but thanks to our amazing doctors and I had a surgery which saved my right ovary and now we’re hoping to have babies in the next year or two. Whatever this is, you are not alone, and there is always ALWAYS hope, even if it’s not in the form you thought it would be. Thank you for sharing this struggle with the world as I know how much it might mean for another girl somewhere out there. ❤️

Hi Sarah, made a modified version of your old bliss ball recipe while watching this video - I felt it was needed. Turns out I'm going through mysterious lady-health issues at the moment also and your honest broadcasting of your struggles is somehow therapeutic - like I don't feel like I'm going through it alone (although of course I wish neither of us was) - so thank you. Also just wanted to say that you don't owe anyone anything and if you don't feel like sharing whatever sudden thing that has happened - that is ok!!!! I really hope you are doing alright. Just be human today/this week/this year - you don't have to be anything more. Wishing you so many warm baths and candles and yum food and warm cuddles! You are strong. X 💞

@sarahs_day thanks so much for shining light on this. I was diagnosed with pcos about 5 years ago and no one was talking about it and I didn’t know what to do. I was so healthy, no insulin problems just didn’t get my period and had cysts on my ovaries. Anyway I ended up getting pregnant with twins boys via IVF and just had a little girl who was conceived naturally! There is hope and you can totally beat this and have all the babies that you want! There are so many women who feel you’re pain right now, your pain and sadness when you got your diagnosis was exactly how I felt. Sending lots of love xx

Hi Sarah! I also did not have my period for 8 months. I finally went to go see my obgyn who prescribed me Provera (I live in the states- not sure if you have this) which would allow my period to come back. I was literally going to take it after my ultrasound but then I got my period the day I was going in for my exam! Sometimes you just have to let your body do its thing. Just keep doing what you're doing and I will keep you in my thoughts. I also have PCOS and hormonal acne. I refuse to go back on birth control. I know many women who suffer from the same and they have had healthy pregnancies and babies. Everything will be fine - I am sure of it. Keep your head up.

Dear Sezzy when I was 2 years old I had an operation (appendicitis) and that let in my abdomen a really bad scar. Now I'm older of course and months ago I started to worried cause I couldn't see some change in my abdomen cause I want to have abs so I went to the doctor and he told me that the operation was the reason I couldn't have abs the scar was the main reason he said I will never have abs. That very first night I started to watch your videos and I started to admire you like you have no idea, guess what I've been following all your tips about healthy life style now my abs are staring to grow up even tho the doctor said that I never would be able to have abs. I know it's hard Damn it's really hard when you just can't see a light in all the darkness but please sezzy never give up. Trust and believe in God❤ LOVE YOU SEZZY THANK YOU FOR ALL MY LIFE JUST GOT BETTER WHEN I SATRTED TO WHAT YOU

I had amenorrhea recently, too! I see a NaPRO obgyn, I’m not sure if that’s a thing in Australia, but napro physicians specialize in treating fertility without hormonal birth control or IVF treatments. Often times relatively minor surgeries such as an ovarian wedge resection can bring back fertility. I will 100% be praying for you, I’ve followed your channel for years and I love you so much. Also, please don’t feel obligated to share anything you don’t want to.
