I just realized something. Since Dave said this was the Best Of show; this was the last episode that featured that AFP logo & intro background before The New AFP. Not to mention this was the last episode taped at Universal Studios in Orlando Florida. Who knew?

IIRC this was where all the "staged" videos went, while AFHV (now AFV) tended to be candid funny moments. It still had some gems, and will be remembered for having Harley Quinn's original voice actress hosting the first two seasons.

There was a behind the scenes footage on America's Funniest People I remembered. Actually just backstage America's Funniest Home Videos were filmed in the same studio. The video showed David Courier showing the set of AFHV for a brief second.

@@SanchoKobe Even if it wasn’t Columbo ABC aired it and if they weren’t airing Sunday Night Movie they at least aired a Disney Movie in it’s place. The last Disney movie I saw on ABC was Toy Story 2.

Well, it was people purposely trying to be funny, rather than accidently moments like AFV. For the most part though, it wasn't as funny.

Looking back at this after 30 years, yeah I remember this show not being as good as AFHV, and not liking it much either. I barely remember the Jackalope, or Arleen Sorkin being the co-host. Still the best voice for Harley Quinn, by the way.

You know the show was stupid when the most memorable thing about it was the intro. This show was a bad knock off of America's Funniest Videos and it came on right after Funniest Videos.
