Buska Thank you for filming this. Joint Talks between USA and Great Britain upgrading sanctions against Russia reinforced in a joint meeting on May 8. I believe what we are seeing is a ceremony of both countries respecting each other a salute by a 4 star General Chief of USA military to a British Military flag while Great Britain’s Military Band playing The USA National Anthem. It was a show of mutual respect by both countries.

Shame on you sour grapes or ignorance not sure which..such a classy statement. The late QEII had her military band play the Star Spangle Banner in front of Buckingham palace right after 9/11. If is was good enough for the late queen why are you so pretentious? She had class. Show some for yourself. Honor shown towards friends should never be questioned or ridiculed.
