You're right. I went to Germany for an intern one summer. I was cautioned about going to soccer matches due to the hooligans.

Did you go to a football match there,my friend?
@tywayne33 күн бұрын
@Isleofskye no, I'm afraid not. I'm black and my very first night I stayed in a hostel and a bunch of kids on a school bus gave me the middle finger. I didn't have any life threatening situations, but on more than one occasion I was treated differently, told I couldn't go into clubs without having a 'club card', etc. So I was basically just afraid to go into a potentially exuberant situation where I could be targeted as a foreigner/American/Black man.

By a non native who wasn’t a fan. I grew up by a major stadium when it was the “worst.” They picked us kids up and took us home to safety BEFORE fighting. They made sure the streets were clear. They were two sides WILLINGLY engaging. That’s their choice. They never attacked women kids or anyone not involved. They would fight each other. And they knew each other. We should let men be men. Sometimes they fight. So… my 4ft11 tiny mother was head of the first aid for 4 DECADES. For two major football teams and all the other sports like cricket and rugby. They were nothing but chivalrous. BOTH sides would show her nothing but respect. She was a firm favourite being 4ft11 and 90% titties. 😂F/G. 😂 Yet they were NEVER rude or disrespectful to her. It’s amazing how polite men are when surrounded by thousands of other men who can beat their asses. She had the final say on if world class players were allowed to continue playing or not and she made managers tremble. BEcause she couldn’t be bullied into putting injured players back on the field when it wasn’t appropriate. So the players loved her. Even opposition players trusted her. She didn’t take ANY sh!t. She heard a guy, who was huge and 6ft2, hit my 14 year old brother. She stormed up to him grabbed him by the shirt dragged him down and with one ☝️ punch knocked his ass out broke his nose blacked both his eyes and sent him to hospital. 😂 he tried going to the police who showed up expecting this big guy and when they realised it was my mother they were crying laughing. They worked with her. So they went back to the guy and told him if SHE hit you you DEFINITELY did SOMETHING. But if you want to push it we’ll be charging you for attacking a child. We don’t have any witnesses she hit you. Not one person in a packed pub garden saw it. But EVERY single one DID see you hit a child for absolutely no reason so you choose… you want to stand in court saying a tiny woman beat your ass for hitting her son and likely get a LOT of angry men after you or accept your embarrassment and move on. He left the area. And people STILL talk about it. 😂 all the guys would joke that they better behave themselves because she can fight. But most women at the football are absolute badasses. But the men will always defend them. And they save it for a special moment. 🤣 Football fans aren’t animals. They weren’t just attacking random people. They were getting their best fighters to fight the other teams best fighters. They rarely even caused major damage to each other. It was mostly just small head wounds which bleed a LOT and look dramatic in the pictures. But once cleaned up they rarely even needed stitches. My mother was dealing with them. They didn’t want to seriously injure or kill each other. They just wanted to fight. And when they lost it was over. The losers weren’t beaten to death by mobs. And if someone was losing badly the winners guys would pull him off. Frankly it was just group UFC fights BEFORE the UFC. They were organised and had rules and morals. Society has become MORE violent without that outlet. Men are ALWAYS going to want to compete with each other for the strongest fighters. Football gave them the perfect outlet. Frankly we should have just made them official fighting leagues and that way they weren’t involving anyone who didn’t want to be involved and they have refs and first aid. Not everything should be for women. Men need an outlet as well. Otherwise there will be actual wars. ☠️🤡☠️🤦♀️🙅♀️🤷♀️

nah both the clips with the flames are from greek teams lol but our fans do some pretty effed up things like some fanatics and crazy fans will literally beat people up just cause they are rivals and especially in like soccer they will throw the flames towards the players causing games to be delayed and for valuable time to be lost during some games or even cancelled but yeah we are pretty crazy as fans just some people are too crazy
