@@marinadelvallecampetella539 Thank you! I'm very happy to inspire you! If you only buy 2 piping tips I recommend a Wilton 104 and a Wilton 352 - you can create a few different flowers with only these 2 piping tips! I hope to keep inspiring you and I hope you enjoy my videos ❤️ xx

hello nicola.my question is if i make the buttercream a day before using then should i store it in a freezer or fridge?and for coloring should i also mix the color the day before using it?please reply
@nicolajanecupcakebouquetsАй бұрын
Hello, the buttercream will sit happily in the fridge for as long as the use by date on the butter. Store it in an airtight container and label it with the date on the butter so you know when to throw it out if you haven't used it by then. You can colour it any time you want to use it - bring it to room temperature so it's soft enough for you to mix! If you mix colours the day before, they will develop overnight - so if you want strong or dark colours it's good to mix them ahead to give them time to sink in. Hope this helps!

Can it survive 42 degrees room temp? Im from Philippines and im planning to sell cupcake bouquets for mothers day
@nicolajanecupcakebouquets7 ай бұрын
Hmm, I’m not sure about that! Over here in the UK we don’t get that kind of heat 🥵 it does become very soft in the summer and I use ice packs wrapped in tea towels to rest it on between flowers!

Hello! This is a lovely recipe, I've used it for many years now! I do use dairy butter for this one - the content is 82% fat. I haven't tried any other butters for it so I don't know what the consistency or flavour would be like. I'm working my way to trying out lots of recipes so I will be able to add them to the members downloads on the courses! Thank you for signing up!! I hope very much you are enjoying the videos - new Christmas ones for this week have just been added! x

If I don't have salted butter can I put half Tsp salt
@nicolajanecupcakebouquets6 ай бұрын
I've never tried it but I don't see why not! Definately make sure it's fine salt if you do so it doesn't clog your piping tips!

1 kg of icing sugar is how much in united states measurements in cups?
@nicolajanecupcakebouquets6 ай бұрын
To be honest, I've never measured it in cups so I'm not 100% sure - but whenever I've made any online recipe that uses cups, I've converted it to grams on google and it's always worked really well!
