technically his capital should've been in Louisiana so you should've won but you lost take the L. I would've sent a decoy at his arty trying to hit your capital troops, would've also had 2 troops one to take out his MASSED ATTACK ARTY and the other as a decoy so he goes for it. It would've been smarter to hold a line near your capital and not fortify your troops. (P.s Lined troops are basically fortified troops)
