She doesn't explain what "voiced" and "voiceless" means, so just to fill in that gap-"voiced" means you're using your vocal cords (they vibrate), whereas "voiceless" means you're just blowing air without using your vocal cords. Many consonants come in voiced/voiceless pairings; for example, (in English) "f" is unvoiced and "v" is voiced.
