IDBI bank CASA sales was my 1st job back in 2010, my team lead use to bully me like anything because I was fresher & was directly recruited by HR, so he was jealous. His harsh words didn't bother me, I gave lot of business to bank in FDs, CC & portfolio investments, & some CASA, even captured newly develop IT park companies salary accounts. Still one day it was a sudden demise of my grandma & I took a leave till 3rd day. Still on 3rd day, he called me & said doesn't matter if your grandma is died you should voojee to office. That day I straight went to office of Asthivisarjan & pulled that guy out in front of branch manager and scrolled him & took him out of company. Eventually, I put my resignation on same day & decided that I'll never work on this profile.
