It’s a pity you’re still pushing Axis cards. Axis is zero in terms of credibility. They do massive devaluations once sales targets are met. The big selling point here is Amex has great customer service which is always gonna be there . Which isn’t the case with Axis.

You have hit the nail on the head. It is shocking that some people are still going gaga with totally unreliable and ethically bankrupt axis. Had there not been pressure on social media, the bonus points given so fast on axis Magnus would not have come about and transfer ratio would also have been 1:5. Still, completely doing away with milestone bonus was something that was not even under discussion, and they did it.

The massive devaluations were always expected unless you were living in lala land. The benefits were amazing! Amex has its place and I agree with the customer service. Axis is nevertheless not so bad with its clear and transparent portal which allows you to seamlessly transfer points quickly to some amazing partners. I will continue to hold my Axis cards and my Amex cards. She's offered a pretty good analysis there!

Rent, insurance is not counted for milestone. Rent will not get you any reward points too and additional 1% surcharge is applicable. Reward points on insurance are limited to ₹5000 only.

good comparison. I would also rate Axis Atlas higher - due to Airport meet and greet + airport transfers. Amex has a lot of acceptability issues when doing shopping physically.

Getting edge points for utility bill payment will be history post august 2023 . Insurance I am not sure because as per MCC code you should be eligible

AXIS ATLAS has the worst customer support, they don't credit miles on reaching any of the milestones. do not take it, they do not upgrade the tier either. their customer care person will cut the call when you are explaining this issue. this happened to me 4 times. thinking of closing it.

Hi some RBL bank team is saying they will offer lifetime free. If we share the details with them.. They are sending the card with annual fee. After that the person is not answering.. We need to pay the charges. And they are saying if you want you can close the card. And mangers also encouraged the cheating. Kindly do a general vedios on it. To avoid cheating

I asked to an amex agent, he told me that it was rejected due to derogatory marks in cibil. Only amex agent can pass that. Otherthan than there is no problem in my credit report.
