I remember when I was in Elementary and Highschool I was a member of a team in my schools with this sport (Sepak Takraw) we challenged a lot of opponents back then even playing in National Competition. My body back then was flexible and nimble as fck. So athletic, girls literally fell in love with me🤣 But, today I can't even pick up things on the ground because of my large tummy. 😂 Playing this sport need a lot of hardwork to master complex moves. We were champion 8 times in a row in highschool. Filipino here. 🇵🇭

initially its traditional sports from hundreds, or maybe thousand years ago. from handcraft like rattan basket, now they make it from hard plastic. The rules was modernize and similar like volley ball, from serve, spike etc. but using only kick & head. Not easy but most likely every boys, even girls from south east asia know how to play it

Brother, they should have this game at the Olympic. Guarantee there will be a team from USA to play in it. They may not be as good as those other teams from the East but they will definitely qualify for this game. The “Hmong team”

There is Team USA in this sport. They are not as good as Thailand and Malaysia, but there is a team.

Their ball are made from rattan. It hard , not made by the soft material

Those days it made from rattan....but not anymore ...now it made from plastic .....so can avoid injury to players

Everyone complementing those strikers. But no one talk about those blockers. Almost all of their body is above the net and stay there afloat for 2 seconds waiting to recieve the ball. But on the other sides, those blockers are ussualy the strikera
