Ill just say that kitchen was pretty damn clean for a burger spot. Griddle has definitely been proper cleaned within the last 24hrs of business open. The fryer oil was clear and fresh. The condiments fridge and cold storage was spotless. The grill was immaculate compared to a typical restaurant grill. Really nice job by their staff. Great job fam.
