The difference between the United States and Europe is the love of the city, our cities for many centuries are even thousands of years old, the love of the club regardless of the sport is above all the love of our city

Good Reaction! :) Although some teams have Family zones in the stadium it is normally 95%+ Male fans in Europe and all songs and chants are sung spontaneously. Many Teams might have 60 or 70 songs they sometimes sing and they are not ked by the Stadium Announcer or P A System. Also those USA are not during the game but European and South American and many African and Asian Football fans sing during the whole game :)

The soccer leagues in the U.S. do something similar in the fanbases, however due to immigration hugely coming from Latin America, the fans that do that tend to be heavily influenced by their home countries customs (or their parents home countries customs) of Latin America, whether South or Central America (you'll see many groups with Spanish names due to that as well). As for flags, definitely also allowed in stadiums during soccer games (though some stadiums do not allow it for traveling fans, which is a thing, people do travel even here to watch their soccer teams, stadiums make accommodations for those fans, usually seating them together vs anywhere in the stadium like majority of sports here in the U.S.). Speaking of Latin America, you should watch videos on Barra Bravas, it's a mix of what is seen as ultras and hooligan culture in Europe, just in South America.

The thing is in South America you have crazy fans the rest of America is lame
@jldch263 жыл бұрын
@@mathijs0383 I'd say some places in Central America is also good, the level of football is pretty terrible though so there's never focus on anything out there.

Flares and stuff are forbidden here as well but ultras in Europe self police. At least in Sweden, no police or security guards are allowed on the stands of football games. They have tried to be there but they are forced out. If there are any issues, the fans will take action themselves. That's why you can see flares and smoke in European games.

Also this is not your fault but the one creating the video. Rosenborg is Norwegian, not Swedish.

Only thing impressive about the American ones are the sheer size of the stadiums! They are massive imagine them filled with ultras!

In USA it's fairly boring, it's like going to a show and singing along with the announcer, where as in Europe, the supporters ARE the show. We are called "the twelfth player" for a reason.:>

They smuggle lots. Plus loads of cops do have riot gear on rival matches. And I was on first football match with 7. In Europe sometimes if it is bigger rival match of two clubs. Fans of other club are not allowed on stadiums... But players got used on it easy.

No offense but the difference is that I have an older courtyard wall than America,passion, love for the club does not matter whether it is basketball or football.for our sport it is almost a matter of life and death, especially if it is a city derby, which has a history of playing for 100 years.In america it's just a show and to sell food and drink in stadiums.
