یہ بات درست ہے لیکن شاید وہ پاکستانی جو (مڈل ایسٹ) کے ملکوں میں (پیدا) ہوئے وہ کرسکتے ہیں لیکن یہ بات confirm نہیں ہے اس کی USA website سے معلومات حاصل کرکے ( بغیر) کسی ایجنٹ کے خود apply کریں اس کا خرچ چند ہزار روپیے ہوگا کوئی بھی ایجنٹ کچھ نہیں کرسکتا

The DV program is based on the applicant’s country of birth, not residency. So, if you are from a country that is not eligible, you cannot apply. However, if your spouse was born in an eligible country, they can apply!
