I was recently sent a prefab home that was on display at the glamping show in Colorado that has a very cool look. I went down the rabbit hole to learn about a company that is building in Utah and delivering to a lot of the Western States. I was impressed with the variety of build from single family and recreation homes to multifamily and hotels. Homes start over $200k. Website has no pricing info, only a hard sell "Give us all your info and we'll let you talk to a sales rep", presumably every day until you change your number and abandon your email. Shady sales practice, pricey units. They look nice, but I can custom build for less.

fr...do these companies not understand that the only thing that would make their products stand out is that they’re cheaper and easily accessible? i see people building homes for 50 k...they need to match those prices if they want to succeed...no ones going to pay 200 k for a tiny home when they can buy a 200k home or even a 450 k home that’s much bigger

The Berkeley One 😍😍😍 I agree that it doesn’t have to be just for a beachfront. Especially if the exterior colors are different. The upstairs is perfect. Downstairs the living room is nice and big. I’m not sure I’d use the dining room as a dining room. My family tends to eat while watching tv. 🤔 The fit for a narrow property really sells me on this one. They would sell a bunch of these in the northeast. Maybe one day they’ll expand. 🤞🏽 Great update Kerry. You’ve kicked ass all year long. 😎

Hi Kerry. Love the single family, especially the Cabanna. I'm close very close to choosing a make and model for my STR ADU resort. However, there are few to choose from on the East Coast, affordable. I need 6-9 units for NB. You mentioned Metaligna to me several months ago. Is there anything else you can recommend? Design, modern, vs quality, and affordability. Shipping costs are a big issue, of course. We would prefer fully assembled, but shipping costs triple with that. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
