Happens more often than you think. SOmetimes I find rounds in my backpack after going to the range. But I'm smart enough to use different bags if I'm going on an airplane and never bring that bag to courts or something similar.

This man is lucky to be able to go home. Every country is allowed to make laws and enforce them the way they see fit. on the other hand, it is easy to make a mistake. Like forgetting a few rounds in a bag after a hunting trip. Sense and sensibility prevailed here, but the Turks and Caicos government had every right to jail this man for a long time if they wanted to. The lesson is: ignorance of the law is no excuse. Hard as that may sound. Firearms and ammunition have become every day part of many Americans lives Which is a super sad thing.
