Thought this as well! A long way from home. Probably started life in the Texas Farm to Market backroads. Owner most likely than not was all about Whiskey, Barbecue and The Dallas Cowboys all day long. How nice to see one abroad! If it's something I have noticed that the Dutch love, it's Chevrolets!

The rebel flag was seen as a “rebel” flag before everyone made it all about race. Like everything else these days. Southern car culture is likely still seen as a thing in Europe. Loud muscle cars, outrunning the cops, drinking, smoking and all that. Just a guess though.
